Conditions Dogs:

​

• Vaccination up to date, with kennel cough vaccine included. Please bring the Vaccination bulletin (you must send pictures of the bulletin by email to verify the vaccines).

• Internal and external deworming up to date.

• Blanket/bed preferably with a few days of use so that it brings the smell of home and food for the days of the stay. 

• If the dog is being medicated, please bring the intake instructions of the medicines well detailed so that we can follow them exactly. 

• We do not accept females in heat.

• We do not accept dogs that make noise, especially at night. 

• Aggressive dogs with people will have to be subject to evaluation.

Checkout time is until 12pm and there is no charge for the day of departure, but if you want to check out in the afternoon, in that case, the day of departure is charged as a normal day.

COMPLEMENTARY SERVICE FEES:

​

Food supply (The value shown refers to the individual dose. Two feeding periods are considered per day, morning and late afternoon. The food provided is from the alphaspirit brand, primal range):

• Hostel food - weight 0 to 10kg – 2,00€

• Hostel food - weight 11 to 25kg – 2,50€

• Hostel food - weight 26 to 40kg – 3,00€

• Hostel food - weight over 40kg – 3,50€

 

Cold storage of food (fresh food that needs to be stored in a freezer/refrigerator) – 1,00€ (price per day, per animal).

 

Administration of medication (per dose/intervention and can only be administered between 9am and 7pm) – 1,00€

 

Delivery outside normal hours (maximum 1 hour) – 25,00€ (time limit of 1 hour and we do not guarantee that anyone will be on the premises to do so. If delays exceed 1 hour, you will have to come and collect the animal the following day

 

Transport 1 trip (collection or delivery) - 0,50€/km

The transport service is provided by our team at your home (only on business days), within a radius of 50km, longer distances are subject to budget and subject to verification.

The transportation service is done by our team at your house (only on working days) within a radius of 50km, greater distances under budget and subject to verification.

After requesting a reservation for a stay, the customer has 24 hours to pay 50% of the total cost of the stay, the reservation will only be considered valid after this amount has been collected.

Payment must be made directly on the website, at the time of booking (preferred method), alternatively it can be made via bank transfer to IBAN PT50 0033 0000 45565863394 05 or via mbway, to nº. 918863368, in these cases, proof must be sent identifying to whom the payment refers.

The remaining payment is made at the check-in of the animal.

In case of cancellation less than 15 days in advance, this amount will not be refundable.​

​

Reservation changes: changes that imply a reduction in the number of days of accommodation will only result in a refund or adjustment of the total cost of the stay, when made up to 15 days before checking into the hotel. In cases where the order does not respect this advance notice, the total amount originally foreseen will be charged.

Early Departure (check-out) – In cases where the dog is already accommodated and the check-out is anticipated, the stay will be charged in full.
